What is your turnaround?

My turnaround is currently 14 working days. This is the time it takes me to order items/make and package your order. This time does not include shipping, it also does not include weekends.

 

What are your working hours?

Please note that as I am a small business, I do not have set hours similar to bigger businesses. I have two children and other life things that sometimes get in the way. I aim to be in the office every week day for a few hours as much as I can, but this may differ when the kids are off school ill or in half term.

 

When will you reply to my email?

Please allow up to two days for a response and please make sure to use the contact form, as I can see these from my website desktop and regular emails can get lost in my spam. If you haven't had a reply please let me know and send another!

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order is placed, I am unable to cancel your order unless under exceptional circumstances. I order my stock at different times during the week so once the stock is ordered it wouldn't be fair to cancel and be stuck with the stock that I may not be able to reuse or resell. Once you place your order you are agreeing that you accept the turnaround time.

 

How do you send parcels?

I send via Evri. This takes 3-5 days once the parcel has been taken to the parcel shop, you will receive a seperate email from Evri with your tracking link so please check spam emails!
