Returns Policy
You have 14 DAYS to report any issues or faults with your order, after this time I cannot offer a return or refund.
Due to the custom nature of the business, I can only accept returns and refunds if an item is faulty on arrival. Please check your order once you have received it to ensure it is as perfect as it was made to be!
Clothing items will not be refunded or accepted for returns if damaged in the wash, please follow care instructions that can be found on the website.
To be eligable for a return/refund, the item must be in the exact same condition as you received it, unworn and unused. It should also be in any original packaging.
To request a return, please head to the Contact Us section where you can fill out a contact form via email. Items sent back to us without a returns request being accepted will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the item is wrong. I will be in touch and would appreciate any photos of items to help speed the request along and make it right ASAP!
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, for example custom items E.G Special Orders or personalised items. If you are unsure whether you qualify for a refund please get in touch. Unfortunately any clearance/sale/ready to send items cannot be returned/refunded.
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return to let you know how I can help, I will always remake and send a new one out if an item is faulty before a refund. If you are refunded, it will be automatic to your original payment method. I cannot refund manually via bank transfer/paypal and it must be via the automatic capture on the website. Refunds take a few days to process via website payment systems etc to reach your account so don't panic if you don't recieve immediatley.
Please note that postage cannot be refunded if you have ordered multiple items and only send one back, only the cost of the faulty item.
Please note that we will only refund the original cost of the item and the original delivery charge. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
